How to Order

To order any of our products, please visit the shop section of our website.  If you have seen any of our work that is not currently being sold on our website, or are interested in a bespoke order, please contact us.

Payment

When an order is placed through our website, you will be re-directed to PayPal who accept all major credit and debit cards and can be used even if you don’t have an account with them.  No card details will be saved on our website.

Stock and Design

Everything we sell on our website is subject to availability.  We assemble each design by hand so during busy periods dispatch times may need to be increased, but we will let you know as soon as we can if it affects your order.

Sometimes the design or base of a product has to change, but if we make any major changes we will let you know before completing your order.  As all our items are individually hand-made to order, designs, colour and shapes may vary from product to product.  Colours may vary as different screens or monitors can show colours differently.

Delivery

We deliver items using Royal Mail, UPS, Collect+ or a similar courier service depending on the size of the item purchased.

We will post items to the address provided and cannot accept liability for delivery failure or a late delivery due to an incorrect address and we cannot guarantee delivery dates for postage services as it is outside of our control.

Offensive/Inappropriate Designs

We reserve the right to cancel any order that we consider to be offensive or inappropriate, including designs which contain blasphemy or swearing.

3. Right to Cancel and Returns

We aim to make all of our customers happy; however, there may be times when products become damaged in transit and we also understand there are some circumstances where you may need to cancel.

If you have received an item from us that is incorrect, faulty or damaged, you must notify us within two working days of receiving the item with a photograph of the issue to receive a refund or a replacement.  Claims after this time will not be honoured.  If the fault is ours, we will replace or refund immediately.  We reserve the right to decide whether to refund or replace for other reasons.  In some cases, the item will need to be returned before a refund or replacement can be issued.  Return postage will need to be paid by the buyer, however, if a replacement item is shipped out, we will cover this charge.

Cancellation/Returns for Custom/Personalised Products

If for any reason you want to cancel your order for a personalised or custom made item, please let us know as soon as possible within the first 24 hours, as once we’ve started making your items we can’t offer a refund or take cancellations.    This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights — for example, if goods are faulty or not as described.

These items are also non-refundable under any circumstances, as they are supplied to order. Please contact us for any further advice on this matter.

4. Communication

All notices you send us must be sent to the contact details on this site. We may give notice to you at either the email or postal address you provide to us when making a purchase. (Notice will be deemed received and properly served 24 hours after an email is sent or three days after the date of posting of any letter.) In providing the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that the letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an email that the email was sent to the specified email address of the addressees.
