Description
Get your own design created for someone special with a bespoke design travel mug.
Just choose which two colours you would like and add a description of your design ideas (including text, text style, simple image, and layout) to fit on one side of the mug (finished design can be up to 12cm in height x and up to 8cm wide). We will see what we can do! If you prefer to send us a visual representation of the design that you would like, send it to us at ally@gracecutdesigns.co.uk. For more than two colours in your design, please contact us.
We recommend any text doesn’t exceed 65 characters, and be aware that if you also would like an image included, there will be less room for text. Any image requested needs to be simple enough to be able to be designed in one or two colours with no shading (i.e. silhouettes, line drawings).

Due to the space available on the mug (8cm x 12cm) we may need to tweak some designs to make them fit. The design will be sent to you up to two times for your approval before we get started on making your bespoke product.

Unfortunately we are unable to use trade marked or copyrighted designs and we will refund any designs deemed to be inappropriate or contrary to company ethos. Please contact us if you have a specific idea you would like to discuss.
Once the designing process has started, we can only offer a part refund if you change your mind. Once the proof has been approved, refunds are no longer permitted.
It is the customer’s responsibility to choose colours that compliment each other. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns due to clashing colours.
